Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My DNA. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that all items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
